Life can take us down roads we didn’t even know existed. 3 years ago we embarked on a journey to create a business we could be proud of. Royal Executive Cleaning Services was born September 16th, 2016 as a way to ensure a good work life balance for our free spirits. We value Family and have created an environment for our clients and employees to spend more time with theirs.
Since those first few months, we have gone from a micro business servicing just a few homes to a full fledged small business servicing a wide variety of homes and businesses throughout the entire Kansas City area.
We have a staff of 8 that maintain our client’s homes and businesses, while Matt and Amanda tackle the day to day running of the business.

We hear it all of the time… “We are all born with a finite number of hours, we should make sure to live each of them to the fullest”.
We give our clients the opportunity to trade dollars for a life well spent. Often even if someone enjoys cleaning, there are so many other things pulling at our time that at the end of the day it’s hard to get everything done.
We also serve our community by knowing that a clean space increases productivity and feelings of contentment; both of which are very important for having a fulfilling life and career. Matthew Semegran
Owner & CEO
Chief Dreamer. Matt likes to refer to himself in the 3rd person (like now) and working with our clients (and sometimes dreaming up whole new things) to make their lives better and easier. He’s the sales, marketing, technical and finance nerd. (He went to college when he was 16 for Math & Science, so he loves it.) When he’s not working, he’s probably reading some blog or training his mind and body through gymnastics.
Amanda Campbell
Operations Manager
Chief Promise Keeper. Amanda trains all our new our employees and manages field operations and keeps the train running and on time. Her rigorous attention to detail and desire for excellence is what drives her. When she’s not refining our employees skills, she’ll be either exploring the city for new restaurants or just getting lost in nature.
