At the end of the day, we’ve got to keep the best people to deliver the best cleaning service possible.
We’re working on programs to create a community that people want to be a part of, but all of that means nothing if they can’t put food on the table. You’ll hear us constantly talk about how we’re not the cheapest in town (nor the most expensive. We’re not a vibean service after all…) So you can know that by choosing us, you’re helping support your community.
On top of offering some of best base pay in the city, we’ll be working on implementing (or expanding) offering the best total compensation plan for cleaning professionals in the Kansas City metro area. That is why you hired us after all, right?
