LET ME START THIS BY SAYING, I’M A BIT AMAZED I HAVE TO MAKE THIS POST..
But sadly, we hear it all the time from people asking to have the same person come clean every week (or month or quarter or millennia.. Err.. I don’t know about that last one…)
A lot of the time this happens:
Us: Oh, that’s our standard practice here.
Client: *sigh of relief..* Thank you.
So if you already have (or want) the same person coming to clean your home or business then you can stop reading here as you’ll already know everything I’m going to say as the rest of this post will be about why you should have the same person (or team) cleaning every time (unless they’re sick, on vacation or an unusual circumstances like that.).
(Unless of course you just like reading my witty stuff, in which case read on my dear reader!)
OKAY. LET’S LEARN, SHALL WE?!

You can build a relationship with them. This is HUGE… Think about it for a moment of how important trust is in your life and business. (You had to read all these silly posts to learn about us and feel comfortable with hiring us.) With the same person you’ll be able to learn who they are as a person and they’ll learn about the idiosyncrasies of your building or home. (We all have them.)

They’re like wine, they get better with time. Only instead of the years (or decades) that wine takes, our cleaners will take only take a few cleanings (so only a few days or weeks, depending on how often your facility or home is cleaned.) There’s a learning curve to everything in life, and while our staff is extremely well trained, there will be a slight adjustment period to learning how you want things done in particular. (See point 1.)

They can save you time and money. This piggy backs on the previous 2 points, with that relationship, you’ll get to know them, so if a small oversight happens (they rarely happen, but we have an inspection process to ensure we catch it before you do) it will be as simple as letting us or your cleaning professional know. Since they’ll know your facility or home and unique needs and wants, they’re much less likely to have oversights in the first place, so you’ll spend less time fixing mistakes (sadly, yes, this happens with other cleaning companies, the client is left to deal with cleaning what is missed because it is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone to rectify the problem…). By cleaning repeatedly, your cleaning professional will also become more efficient at cleaning for you (if it’s significant, we’ll even pass along some of the savings!)
